told are causing difficulties on the roadways right now. police are still trying to identify the people involved in the disturbing video in delaware, it shows children fighting in the street while adults watch and even laugh throughout the whole ordeal. chad pradelli is live now in wilmington, they have at least narrowed down the neighborhood where they think all this happened. investigators have done that and the video is disturbing on so many levels. they have interviewed a few people but so far no arrests. >> the fighters condition be much more than 4 or 5 years old yet adult after adult, can be seen encouraging these kids to fight, eventually one kmild runs into a house while the adults laugh. we want to revisit the breaking news that we started with the start of this newscast. an increasingly bizarre scene now in west oak lane, this is one of an estimated 60 dirt bike riders moving through the streets of philadelphia, now on west oak lane, earlier they were involved in a funeral procession and it's unclear if it is still going on a number of them have

moved off the street and are at a park at 13th and medeerie. they are tearing up the turf and riding on the sidewalks. we have spoken to philadelphia police who told us they are aware of it, and monitoring, again this is illegal behavior and down right dangerous, people are wondering why there are no arrests thus far. dozens of dirt bike riders wreak havoc on the streets of philadelphia today. it's time now for a check of the accuweather forecast, lets get to adam joseph with the details, another nice day but it won't stay that way. >> reporter: 90 to 95% of us saw the sun today and a small percentage of us that saw showers down at the shore. all is looking good on sky 6 lets take a look at a shower

difficult but necessary. >> there was intimidation and bullying going on and 15 players are fighting various criminal charges including aggravated sexual assault, and conspiracy and criminal restraint. they claim that four members of freshman team were held against their will and sexually assaulted and the allegations was a surprise to former player, matt hammond. >> there was always a consistent respect for those in the locker room, there may have been jokes but everybody was laughing with you. >> a graduate also tells abc news that the coach's office is loektsed quite a distance from the locker room where the alleged hazing would have taken place. the accusations angered parents and students that said innocent

sexual assaulted the woman while driving, it was as this attack was taking place that they crash nood the fruit stand killing a mother and three children. siblings, ages 7, 10, and 15 died at the scene and their mom died two days later. their father talked to "action news" about what he wants for his son's killers. >> i hope they get the death penalty, i just want the best, i want it all to go away and stay strong. and take care of my other two kids, i have a 2-year-old and 4-year-old i have to stay strong for. >> the second degree murder charges carry a maximum life sentence and crawford's lawyer maintains, that the accident happened when the tire blew out and that he never sexually assaulted the carjacking victim.

the owner of chickie and pete is offering a $4,000 reward for those robbers that terrorized employees. they entered the store at drexel hill, they ordered the employees into the freezer and took their cell phones and they took the manager into the office where they stole more than $16,000 plus her handbags and wedding rings, one was wearing a chickie and petes t-shirt. >> they believe it's an inside job. >> the guys knew what they were doing and they didn't waste any time, they got in and got out. that vehicle was parked there the whole time they were in there and we saw some computer enhancements to figure out the time frames. >> chitwood says that the get away car was a white or silver minivan, if you have any information on the robbers you are urged to call police right

away. philadelphia police need your help in identifying two men seen in this surveillance video robbing a store in the winfield section, it happened on the 1600 block of lancaster avenue, police say that the two men enerred the store while one pointed a gun and the other reached over and took the cash from the register. both men ran south and 56th street. a woman was hurt after being struck at a septa station but it was note by a train. in levittown just before 7:00 this morning, that is where the woman was hit by a car, while trying to cross the tracks at tractor trailer woodborn station. at last check no information on her condition is released. the westchester septa line was suspended for hours. an overturned gravel truck shut down a chester county road for five hours today.

this afternoon. they may respond to an occasional argument at this apartment complex but not gun violence. they were released that nobody was hurt when the gun fire erupted here. >> never violence, nothing like this. >> the police spent the day looking for shell casings here on chelsea avenue. they found them, 7 to 9 shell casings and they found bullet holes in the sides of trees and the outside walls of two homes. the woman here was washing dishes on the other side of wall when the bullet came tearing into her kitchen. luckily she was not hurt and the neighbors were stunned this happened in broad daylight. >> i am shocked stuff like this doesn't go on in the neighborhoods, it doesn't go on on this street.
